As a travel agent, you can use your account to manage bookings online. All you need is a Booking Reference Number for a direct booking.

A direct booking is any booking made through your Viator travel agent account.


An indirect booking is made by the traveler through a bookable link. Indirect bookings can only be managed by the traveler through their Viator account. They cannot be managed through the Viator Travel Agent Program.

Where do I manage bookings?

  1. On the homepage, select your name, then select Manage account.

  2. Select the Bookings & Commission tab.

  3. Under Your Bookings, enter the Booking Reference Number and select Manage booking.

  4. The Booking Details page will open in a new tab. From here, you can change booking details or cancel the booking.


Tip: You can also access the booking by selecting the Booking Reference Number under Future Bookings. If the Booking Reference Number is in gray, it is an indirect booking and can only be managed by the traveler.
