You can log in to your account with your email address by clicking on the Log In link in the top right corner of the page on

It's important to make sure you're logging into the correct site for Travel Agents... you'll see the Viator Travel Agent Platform logo in the top left corner of the site, or a Viator Partner Program logo.

Upon logging in, a Manage Accounts option will be available in the top navigation dropdown menu. To access your account information, select Manage Accounts.

To reset your password, click on the Forgot password link on the login screen. After you click on the link, a password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with the account. Please make sure to follow the instructions and to check your spam folder in case you don't see the email in your inbox.
Upon logging in, you'll be able to edit your account information, including your banking details. Make sure you click on Save if you made changes to your account.
